On top of our septic tank service and porta potty rentals, we offer grease trap pumping to local restaurants in the region. In 1977 Jim’s father started S&W Septic Tank in Greenville, NC. Jim was in high school then and helped with the family business after school and weekends. After high school and a four-year stint in the US Marine Corps, Jim returned to the family business full time.


In 1988, when Jim’s father was approaching retirement, Jim took over the pumping division of the company and a couple of years later, the portable toilet division.

Jim and his wife, Gaye, have continued the family business since 1988.


Today we offer professional Septic System Services, Portable Toilet rentals and Grease Trap service.
